My name is Jessica and I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern. This means that I have graduated, passed my national exam and am licensed,  and am under the supervision of a professional in my field for a few years so you get the expertise of at least two therapists when you visit. I have 3 1/2 years of experience counseling couples, families, and individuals with a variety of issues. Learning is one of my core traits so I am pursuing certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Treatment. 

My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques unique to you and your situation, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. We will work together as a potter works with clay by understanding that internal and external work may be needed to move toward your desired outcome. Just as tools are used to gently mold the clay and create beautiful designs, you too will learn and use techniques that can aid you for years to come.
